We've ordered multiple packs of these floor tiles and use them in both finished and unfinished areas of our home on carpet and concrete. They have held up very well under exercise equipment and weight benches/racks.The tiles are sturdy and thick, whether you are working out on concrete in an unfinished area or on carpet, they make the area much more comfortable to use.We've also used them in kids play areas and they are great for that too!Excellent quality and value for your money. These were perfect for what we needed. I used them under my mattress pad while camping (car camping, not backpacking, these are definitely too big for that!) so that the mattress pad wasn’t directly on the ground. It worked really well! They’re thick and sturdy and I didn’t feel any lumps or bumps while sleeping. I plan on getting more for under my son’s pad as well. This when full assembled is just a touch smaller on all sides than a queen sized mattress so it was just the right size for us!

We had some extra space in our garage which my significant other decided to convert into a home gym. He wanted a padded floor instead of working out directly on the concrete so he decided on these foam mats.They lock together really well and require no real effort to assemble together. I appreciate too that you can make the area as big or as small as needed with multiple pieces.They are a great insulation for high intensity exercises like rope jumping and are a great sound cushion for barbell work. Our only concern with these is our dogs sometimes like to run around the area and their nails do mark up the pads with scratches. It does not take away the useful effect of the pieces, but it is a visual flaw. So my advice is to be careful with any sharp objects or animals near them. They also clean up easily and do not hold any smell with routine maintenance and have been a great solution for our needs.

I’m just putting these in place. So I can’t yet speak to the durability and longevity of the product, but they seem quite sturdy. They’re more of a foam than a rubber like those in gyms. They’re quite thick and provide ample cushion to my hard and cold wood floors. As my pics show, I placed them under the area rug in my workout space. They already lend so much more comfort vs working out with nothing between the hard floor, carpet, and my body. They have tear away edges so you can connect and add blocks as needed and in the shape needed.

Made a huge difference in comfort in patio in summer and winter and taken worry of falling away. Also, I put it in my trailer on floor. Again, much more comfortable in cold and hot weather. I got 3/4" but 1/2" might had done as well. But, 3/4" is easy to fill small areas because it is more square and less prone to turning over. There is a spongeyness so if you're uneasy on your feet, may not be the best. 1/2" might be better for that.

We use these as a floor base in our tent and under our air mattresses. Easy to assemble and clean.

These are great for a home gym. I saw the negative reviews, but did not experience them in my two separate orders. They are slightly slippery with just socks on. They do not slide on concrete so although I bought double sided carpet tape on the joints, I didn't not stick them to the floor.I noted some reviews that said the mats locking together were not strong. I did find that I could do burgers without a problem, but for just a few bucks I used carpet tape and I have no concerns about the seams coming apart.I bought the 3/4" flooring for concrete flooring. I found this to be good. It is soft and the 1" might be too thick for such a soft flooring. But the 3/4" is definitely not thick enough to slam your body onto the floor (Judo). It is soft and weights above 15 to 20 lbs will leave an indentation.

Did over one of our spare bedrooms to make a small home gym. This is perfect to keep the floors from being damaged.

I bought a set of these tiles that was listed as used-acceptable. I thought I'd give it a try for 110$ and ended up with 4 brand new packages of foam tiles. Easy to install, altough they don't fit together seamlessly. However, for the price I paid compared to the current listed price, I have absolutely no regrets.
