I like the variety of sizes of butt connectors in this package. I don't use a lot of butt connectors, but when I need them I have them now. It is important to have the crimping tools for these butt connectors.

I do a lot of RV wiring repairs and with shrink tubing the is the perfect solution for inside and outside connections. I like to use clear heat shrink so I can monitor the connection for corrosion.

I bought these butt connectors for various DC projects and maybe I'm spoiled with Panduit connectors, but these are not nearly as thick as I expected. They still do a good job though and I haven't had one get flakey on me yet. They're also small enough to be crimped into aligning with screw terminals made for a sized up wire, so they're great for reducing copper strand loss when reconnecting things often.

These are not the highest quality stuff but I would also say you get what you paid for. I give 5 stars for the quantity, assortment and price. For my purposes they will suffice which is why I didn't look elsewhere. The case they come in is not up to the job. Many of the small ferrules migrated to different sections of the case during shipping. It's a big pain to re-organize that and I'm not going to do it because they'll likely migrate again.

I prefer to use these with separate heat shrink. No guess work in secure connections with out soldering.

I like the amount of connectors you get for the money. I had spent more than half that for only 12 connectors from another manufacturer. I have used the 16 /22 gauge connectors to make telecom test leads and they work perfectly. Would absolutely purchase again.
