The basil I s cut slightly larger than the stuff you get from the grocery store. The flavor is pretty good. Basil is always best fresh, but sometimes you run out of fresh, so this stuff works nicely in sauces, meatballs, etc. Try some, I doubt you will be disappointed..

I love this company’s dried herbs. They are so far superior to anything else I’ve been able to find. I had been purchasing them from Whole Foods but for some reason they seem to have stopped carrying them. They do seem to have a few items in Amazon. I’ll be so sad if I can no longer find their products.

Wonderful fresh taste so much better than dried herbs. Not as concentrated as dried though. Love that they’re organic and I’m planning to buy other herbs from this company.

This is a great product, I really like the way the basil is like flakes of the leaves, instead of small ground. It is a nice smell and flavor. Highly recommend this if you cannot obtain fresh basil.

I loved the freezes dried garlic the best because it really does hydrate it’s soft after you cook it and really had a garlic taste ..... thank you!
