An excellent product and purchase. I suffer from arthritis and any little bit helps. As a stand alone mat, it’s excellent but for me the grounding is worth the investment. My yoga routine and the hot spots in my back improve daily with use. I also use the additional grounding cables when I’m on the computer on while in bed but the mat is more effective as it has stronger contact with the body.

If you know about grounding benefits, this is an item to satisfy your health requirements. If the price were half what i paid, it would be something I’d recommend to all my patients.
