It certainly supports one’s arches. I found it takes a little while to get used to it as it is unusual for my feet to be supported in this way. I’m still using them and think they do help

These insoles work really well. they support the arch of the foot. You have to get used to them as they can feel a little high at first. I will be buying more for each pair of shoes. They are very good value for money. Other insoles cost 3 x the price of these.

Bought these for my short wellington boots as the thin insoles they originally had with them were not very good. I've bought similar insoles before and they had quickly worn out and I didn't want to spend loads on them again not to last. I my boots for dog walking most days so they do have a lot of wear. When the insoles arrived they were easy to cut to the correct size with a normal pair of scissors - shoe sizes are clearly marked on the bottom with little lines to follow, but just to make sure I used the old insoles as a template and it turned out the shoe size markings were accurate for a UK5. I've had them in for a few weeks now and they are really comfortable, they do not slip around and are flat in the show to so rubbing blisters.I would recommend and will be buying these again next time I need a pair!

These are really good if you stand for over 6 hours a day made such a difference since buying them .

Quite comfortable if under the foot properly which is quite hard to achieve when changing into different footwear. A bit disappointed really but for the price they were worth a try. I cut them to my exact foot size too and wore them for a while as per instructions. I’ll carry on with my old insoles until I can find exact replacements.

good item, does the required job for my fallen arch

I got these after a flare up of my plantar faciitis which I put down to wearing very flat shoes to work. They fitted perfectly into my size 8 shoes, I didn't have to rip out the inner sole. I will be buying more for the shoes that I have given up on because they have no arch support. I would recommend these if you are a fellow sufferer.
