It’s not supposed to clear pimples like other products are supposed to. It says it will bring out to the surface. It works fast to bring puss to your pimples and cysts so they will go away much faster. They help bring out black heads to clear. It’s like it brings all the oils and dirt to the surface in less than 12 hours. Works overnight. If you don’t want puss then don’t use.
