These were on the smaller side than I thought but the cushioning does the job for the ball of your feet.

I play netball so there is a lot of impact on my legs and feet. These inserts definitely help to give my trainers a more comfortable and snug fit and to avoid my feet slipping forward

Really uncomfortable after wearing for more than 5 minutes as the light grey bit is stuck onto the black surround and so I can feel the edging of it rubbing under my foot. A waste of money, should have got the full length soles.
