Exceptional reference guide! Dany Lynne's history of Reiki, explanation of Reiki concepts and her teachings are delivered in a progression that makes sense (especially since I am a newbie Reiki). Charts and diagrams very helpful. This beautiful book has tweaked my interest in signing up for one of her online reiki courses.

This book is a treasure trove of healing wisdom! Dany Lyne presents the fundamentals of reiki in a clear and accessible way, and integrates it with SO much more. As a long time student of both reiki and medical qi gong, I especially loved and appreciated learning how the fundamentals of these two ancient modalities connect and can be used together in practice. This alone has been a game-changer in my own healing journey. Dany also shares her own profound introduction to reiki and her journey to becoming a reiki practitioner and teacher, as well as many case studies from the hundreds of clients she has worked with over the years - all of which are moving and so inspiring . This book is now my go-to manual as I continue my own reiki self-practice and begin to work more with others as a reiki practitioner.
