It broke after a while
It seemed sturdy but broke after not very long. Think it couldn't handle being bashed about by a 2 year old

Cross threading potential=leakage needs care!
A great product if closed carefully, but the thread/O-ring need care when closing otherwise it can leak all over the care-patients clothing. A tip test after every filling is required. A coarser thread on the lid, or a redesign to use a silicone friction lid might be considered. For me this was the best available just now to prevent spillage with clients with reduced manual dexterity leading to dropping or knocking over of a cup.

Don’t put in dishwasher
My daughter loved this cup when she saw one of her friends with one, it broke well cracked from the dishwasher and so leaks over all great cup

Fragile
These cups do not withstand infants/toddlers that throw their drinks down on the ground multiple times during meal time. These didn’t last us 3 weeks. Sad but they are super cute. I’ll try again once my boys stop throwing their drinks down like maniacs
