Safari Readers: Lions (Safari Readers - Wildlife Books for Kids)

I use this for my first grade class as a non-fiction reading book. The pictures are wonderful and there is a lot of information. My students love non-fiction books. I would recommend this to primary teachers and to parents.

We really enjoyed this book. It was a fun way to learn a lot of great new info.

This had a lot of good information about lions. The pictures were great also. A great child's book. It really holds your interest.

Very well written book, I liked this book as much as the kids did, who doesn't like lions and this book is just packed with facts and great photos and even word activities and other games. I really enjoyed it.

I love this book. Have read it to the grandkids which they really enjoyed plus I enjoyed reading some of the information which I did not know about lions. So we all learnt something. Fantastic they want me to get more.

My (just turned) 7 year old absolutely loves these books. They have gone from being a shy and reluctant reader to being a confident, excited and engaged reader. The beautiful pictures and variety of text have enabled our animal mad child to really build on their reading skills whilst also brush up on their knowledge of the animal kingdom. We now own about 5 of the Safari Reader books across the levels and our now eager reader doesn't want to stop until we have the whole collection! We are so pleased we found these and highly recommend them.

Our children absolutely love these books. It’s so hard to find interesting books for children to read whilst learning phonics but these books are just the job. Fun, colourful, informative and even has some games involved.A must have for all families x

This was a great book i loved it and all the puzzles and games. There was lots of interesting facts -I can't believe how long a lions tooth can grow!
