It was broken and smaller than expected
It is super cute. I'm still on the fence if it's worth the $20 though. However, since it arrived broken I don't have time to get a replacement before my event. It was very lightweight and nice for photos. I was just expecting it to be bigger for my event.

I should have read the reviews first. This is, in fact, a cheap headband with several zip ties attached to it. Clever trick, seller..... Not worth $19 at all. It would be perfect and more acceptable at a more reasonable price.
