Easy to use, wash, compact store and they air dry faster than plastic storage containers. I like these better than other storage options especially because they make in the fridge because they flex which glass amd hard plastic containers do not. This is the only silicone bag design that I find works. I wasted money on other types but this is a sturdy effective design. You cannot sit on this and expect it not to leak… but it seals well under normal usage… and you can microwave and boil food in the container. My plastic bag usage is almost down to nothing!

Good quality, stay open for easy loading, stay open for cleaning in dishwasher. Easy to snap shut for seal. Use them to freeze shredded cheese and meat I buy in bulk.

Space saver when not in use and in use. Able to freeze, and store food is great. When there are gathering and left over foods, these storage bags can store quite a bit. The different colors helps identify what food was stored in bags.

I do not like to cook so I cook for several days and used to throw out much of the food. Because you can eliminate almost all excess air, the food - fresh and cooked - lasts much longer. The bags can be frozen, they are easy to clean, you can see how many cups are in each bag. And they use up much less storage space than hard plastic containers. Perfect!

I love these bags and will definitely be buying more. Our home is small and I'm always looking for ways to save space. These bags have eliminated big bulky mixing/food storage bowls and I don't have to search for lids! I recently bought a large ham and cut it up into meal size portions. I put a quarter of the ham in one bag and put the left over soup I made in another. No more food storage bags...that's money saving so they will pay for themselves in no time flat. A worth while investment!

I have a number of silicone bags. These are large enough to hold a loaf of homemade bread and store a large amount of food. Perfect! Easy to clean (yup, they stand up), easy to load food, and easily stored.Perfect.

The black fasteners keep breaking off. Makes the bag useless!So much for being green…

My husband and I both work for the airlines. Food is always a problem to get, so we bring our food from home. Problem is...how to warm the food up. Our planes do not have an oven or heating source, so that becomes a problem. I normally use 2 air sickness bags, and the very hot water to warm my food up. My husband is a pilot and having that in the flight deck is a no go item. Life was hard....until I discovered these bags.They can withstand the almost scolding temperature, no leaks and it stand up. I put water to test it out and no leaks! It is huge too. I can put so much food in it, that I will never get hangry again. And a happy feed flight attendant makes for a happy flight. My husband and I just keep the Amazon link handy because all of out flight crews want one. It is pricey but totally worth not paying for a crappy $15 salad or Sahara desert burger at the airport.

I liked how it could stand on its own and would stay open to dry out.Other than that I found it too gimmicky for sous vide and despite being the large size it was kinda small to fit whole pork tenderloins. The flat bottom also made it difficult to remove air for sous vide.I purchased a traditional shaped silicone bag. Though the self opening feature was very nice for drying.
