Nice product
Be careful purchasing from Amazon. The majority of mine were crushed and torn. I can't blame another shipping company as they were shipped by Amazon inside one box with two other items and with gas prices vrs the cost of the product its not worth the hassle of returning them. Again, I feel the product is going to work great! Take care all!

Pot seedlings with ease
Start seeds out in this peat pot. When your plant needs a larger pot, just place the plant and peat pot in the larger pot. Eliminates the shock of repotting plants. Great value, sturdy enough to hold plants. Water wicks through the media.

Good size
They tend to stick together when stored as a stack, otherwise I would give 5 stars.

Great Little Pots for Propagation
I have a few beautiful shrubs (Butterfly Bush that grows pink & purple flowers + a Weigela Wine & Roses that has dark purple leaves and hot pink flowers). I wanted to fill in my garden to further obstruct my dog's view of the neighbor's fence (and the neighbors Pug, who barks at my dog incessantly).I trimmed a few pieces for the Butterfly Bush and the Weigela and 'rooted them in glass vases for a few weeks. Yesterday I planted them in these little compostable pots. My soil quality isn't the greatest (it is very clay-ish) so the material of these pots give the seedlings extra protection and a better chance at growing. When they're ready (in about a few weeks) I'll plant them in the ground.

Peat Pots - Stick Together
These peat pots were very difficult to get apart. We had to work a finger around and around each one to separate them.

A Pot's Pot
I've been gardening for years and found peat pots to be great for seed starters and replanting other seed starters in trays, etc. When the plants get their second set of leaves it is time to move the "pot" and all to either the final pot (large enough to grow to full size, or ready to place in the ground. These pots stay "together" even when placed in a water bath. I soak the plant and pot before placing in the ground - so they don't fall apart. Are you wondering? YES, the roots grow through the pot walls.I mark the labels with a Sharpie and can be wiped off with alcohol and reused.
