Macaroons

This book was purchased to replace one that went missing. If you want to learn to make macroons this is the book to buy. There are tons of hints and suggestions that if you follow correctly your will be a master macaroon maker in no time.

The book itself is awesome it gives step by step directions. And the photos are brilliant. Now I understand that it's used but there was no reason the seller could not have wiped the food off the book before shipping.

A great book, the only one you will need to make great macaroon cookies. If you need additional tips, you will find on utube. My first batch, I had the "little feet" on my cookies. Can't wait to bake again. I would recommend purchasing a macaroon mat, the size of the cookies noted on the mat. Can purchase from Amazon.

very easy to read, straightforward instructions with helpful tips! I like that it also has a page for the needed equipment. I wished it had more pictures but like I said it is simple and easy to follow so it is really good.

Got this for a thank you gift for a friend. It's really a gorgeous book. Not sure about the actual recipes as I gave it away.

I have this book and it has some interesting recipes. Easy to follow directions and a great selection of recipes.

Fantastic book! Tried using the recipes online for macaroons about 3 times and they were okay but not perfect. Using this book for the first time made them perfect and the feet comes out just right! Book is a miracle worker.

I am so excited to bake these cookies for my daughter's wedding reception! I hope they turn out as beautiful as the cookies pictured in the book. Directions seem to be easy to follow.

There is a problem for non USA cooks in that all the measures are in CUPS and spoons. Translating cups etc. into either pounds/ounces or grams is a horrible task. I therefore find the book of limited appeal here in UK. The ideas for different flavours and colours are good.
