I've been taking this product regularly for 3 years now, and I tell everyone I know to use it. Before I discovered Maca, I was so tired all the time, and I had zero libido. My local co-op recommended this product, and I noticed a change in my energy levels within a week and an increase in libido after about 2-3 weeks of taking it. I add it to my yogurt 3-5 times a week.Many reviews state the bottle is too big for the contents. I recently read that vitamin companies are required to include certain content on the bottle which often causes it to be a large container and to appear half empty. This goes for OTC pain medication as well.

We really love this product !!! My Sister tried it, after her friend recommended. Sister felt so much better, after a week or so, she recommended to me. I am now on my second bottle, & am so thankful for it. After first two weeks, my hot flashes were much better, night sweats better, I was sleeping better, & my overall mood was better. Finally something that really helps with menopause. Before this I had the Primrose pills, & the Black Cohash, & before that Rx meds,& this has worked better for me than all of those. The only down side is taste, but if you put powder in about an inch of juice each morning, let it sit for a minute or so, then stir, and down it quickly, (except for the last tiny bit that can be gritty), it's ok. After I felt noticeably better, in such a short time, (and still do), I don't mind taste at all. (Also, I prefer the more natural product, than a Rx.) Hope pray this will helps other women as much as it helps us.

This works excellent and does help elevate your mood. Comes halfway full, but a good product. Good for those days when your hormones take control and you need a mood change.;)

I don’t know if this is supposed to help with this, but while taking this I didn’t have any period cramping. Just thought I’d throw that out there :)

I’ve ordered this before and it works phenomenally for me as I take it daily. It’s boosted my overall mood, sex drive and just in general I feel great.The reason for the 1 star rating is the product came only a third of the way full, the last time I ordered this my product was actually full. This is not product settling, it is more than halfway empty. Highly disappointed.

I add one scoop to my daily shakes! The team at Sprouts had recommended it months ago and I love it! We all need extra Turmeric(with pepper) and extra "balance" for women over 40:))

I add one scoop to my smoothie every morning. I can't say I have more energy but my iron levels are low, however my thyroid levels have improved. My Dr. has had to reduce my medication and I've never had that happen. I can only attribute it to this supplement.
