I’ve owned the same bands before but they were from a different company, they felt cheaper and they were much weaker even with the different strength levels. I bought these expecting the same but these are so much better quality and waaaaaaay tougher to do. I actually had to start on level 1 with these but in a little over a month I’ve worked my way up to level 3

For the price, this was a great product, especially with multiple bands included. I only used level 1 and 2 bands, about once a week. The only issue is that after almost a year, a small tear formed on the level one. It has remarkably still lasted, but tear has passed the half way mark in a year and a half since purchase, lessening the strength needed. Time to get a new one, but for the price, I can not complain since this lasted a long time and otherwise comfortable, durable, etc. Also, no response since reaching out to seller a few days ago.

Obviously ordered these to improve grip strength. By no means is my grip weak to begin with, but having a stronger grip is great for weightlifting and Brazilian jiu jitsu.First off, they are plenty strong. Even level 1 is a workout and level 4 is hard. Second, I’ve only been using level 1 and 2 for a week or two (along with other grip exercises) and have notice an improvement in grip.They are quality made and show no signs of wear and look and feel like they will last a long time.... I’ve only had them for a short while so time will tell.

It's really durable, it Chandler's your strength and dexterity of your hands. I used it at first to improve hand strength for calisthenics, it's also good for stress when you need some distraction. I recommended it for anyone

Hello,I purchased this product to strengthen my hands, since they stiffen up every now and then. I've used hand grip devices, which work great, but wanted to try something new, so I gave this a try. The affordability is great and the product arrived quickly. I like that the company took the extra step to package the product in their own labeled plastic pouch, instead of being thrown into a clear sandwich bag. Furthermore, the product comes in a set of four. There are four levels, which range from easy, medium, hard, and difficult (at least to me). The bands did not come with a set of instructions, but they are pretty straight forward with the thumb being the largest of the holes and the pinky being the smallest of the holes. The pictures posted on Amazon are also helpful. In addition, the resistance bands are pretty thick, which was comforting for me, since I thought it would hold up quite long. However, within the first day I noticed a tear in the Level 1 band. I don't know if I caused the tear or if it maybe was a product defect. I'm still using the Level 1 band, but I have to be careful, since anyway day now it can fully tear. Maybe I'll try to melt the two pieces together to fix it when it does.To conclude my post, I would purchase this product again. It is inexpensive, easy to use, the rubber is comfortable against my skin, no allergic reactions so far, and no pinching either. I believe the durability for Levels 2 through 4 are a lot better then Level 1, but caution should be used for the Level 1 resistance band.Have a nice day!

I purchased these bands while rehabbing a dislocated elbow and broken forearm. At first they were a little tough to use but only from my arm and fingers being weak due to surgery and recovery. Very durable and easy to use. I'm happy with this product and would recommend for anyone looking to build back finger strength.

I have had this therapy finger stretcher for a little over 3 months, and I see no signs of tearing! These bands are packaged for any finger training routine, whether therapeutic or strength training. Using this along with grips has increased my grip strength for weight lifting and rock climbing. I also have seen an improvement in my typing speed! However, one issue is that it doesn't state the weight of each band, leaving me to refer back to this page for it. Great value. As a fairly strong individual, i found this set to be a perfect started kit. I worked through 1 and 2 quickly, and i find 3 and 4 to be wonderful for training. I use on my commute and at my work desk.
