Gave this to my daughter as a gift. We both were enthralled with the flowing downward motion of the smoke. It was so peaceful and surreal. We were also amazed the smoke color matched the incense. The scent is not overpowering. It is a beautiful as a serene piece of art when not in use.

Love the fountain and the sticks and cones smell great. The cones do have plastic inside to take up space and keep the backflow hole open. While the incense smells nice, the plastic burning at the end smells terrible and ruins the scent throughout the room. It also leaves an oily residue on the fountain.

This product is pretty neat. I had no issue with any breakage or paint chipping, and it delivered quickly. The incense cones do not smell terrible before you burn it, but when burning it leaves a burning smell as well as the scented smell it comes in. It doesnt last very long as well. Ive learned that when burning the tip of the cone you must wait a few seconds for the smoke to start coming through the bottom. Overall this product is pretty, relaxing, and soothing.

Well you just light the tip of the incent cone and set it on top of the hole on top of this waterful and let the white smoke fall.its the coolest thing ive ever seen.the smoke looks like water and it falls down slowly.it almost looks like fog also.you can touch the white smoke also.it wont hurt you.youll love it if you get one.the long sticks and round sticks are incents as well you take a piece and lay it in that brass piece it comes with and set it in the middle of the bottom of the waterful and light the tip of the incent stick.reall a cool gift idea.

My experience with this product hasn't been amazing. When functioning properly there it does what it's advertised to, but it's very cheaply made. My first delivery was completely shattered into about 10 pieces and had to be reshipped. The second delivery didn't come with the exact accessories I ordered.The incense cones burn very quickly and do not produce a strong smell. If you aren't right next to the decoration, you cannot smell it. Also, because of the design of the mold, one of the platforms meant to be Incorporated in the cascade is very rarely utilized as the opening for the smoke to follow to get to it is on an upward slant.Lastly, after a few uses, I decided to rinse it off to get all of the ashen residue off. in doing this, the paint became very loose and was able to be smeared off. After drying, the paint within the basin is constantly sticky to the touch.

I've wanted one of these for awhile, so happy I finally decided to get one. It takes special incense with a hole in the bottom but the incense that comes with the burner is soo much it will last a long time! Also the little extras are awesome. The wooden/mossy design is cute and looks really mystical when the smoke is falling down.

Watching the vapor flow through the various levels on the burner is so relaxing. They included a TON of cones that each lasted me a while. There is a ton of accessories that are included with this burner. You can see from my images the sheer amount of STUFF that came with this thing. The variety of included cones are enough to start off with but I do suggest ordering some other ones if you intend on using this for a few hours at a time or just want to mix it up!

Purchased this as something I've wanted for a long time but finally took the risk and purchased. On the negative side, as that's the reason I opted to post this review, there are two issues to note.1) The incense smells awful. It's nothing like any incense I've ever smelled. There is no pleasant aspect to any of the cones I've used so far, and I've used about a dozen. I sort of expected some sort of pleasant smell as it's advertised as incense. The smoke effect looks very cool, and I can't complain about that, but it shouldn't be sold or noted as being incense.2) To use the cones, you need to light them and then place them very delicately at the top. The cones aren't really that flat on the bottom, so they don't rest solidly on the top, instead teetering and tottering even without any vibration. A soft breeze or the casual wind created by someone walking by can topple them easily. This poses a fire risk as the cones are lit and red hot at the time you are using them.On the positive, the package is beautiful. I was very impressed by the packaging on all levels. It would make a beautiful gift item in regards to the packaging and the product appearance.
