I'm a little sceptical of stuff like this...I believe firmly that there's a mental impact that you want it to work so you get a type of 'Placebo' effect to it initially, and then it wears off when the novelty goes. However, with this I'm pretty sure it's already having a real positive effect. I've a very worn hip and have also recently had a new hip on the other side. The pain i get is pretty terrific in the worn hip and consequently i compensate with the muscles in both legs which has a real adverse effect on the pain in my muscles. This has really eased in the last week since taking this Turmeric mix (i'm only taking two a day) and also my blood pressure has lowered slightly as well. As I said, it's early days yet but I'm leaning towards thinking this is as good as I've read elsewhere!!

Excellent product! Inflammation and soreness in my joints and muscles have significantly decreased after using this product.I have recommended product to a friend with Arthritis, and all ready is helping her with joint pain and swelling too.Well packed and kept fresh with foil bag inside container. I had been having painful feet/toes for about 6 months so i tried this product and it has made a big difference. I took 4 tablets daily for 3 weeks and started to notice a change in the pain, i then started to take 2 a day and the pain was still under control, i was able to get back to my fast walking most days. If i feel the pain coming back i just take 4 a day and its back under control. I would definitely recommend this product you have nothing to loose i was taking ibuprofen most days before purchasing this product.

I have been taking turmeric for a long time due to the various health benefits it provides. I have heard that black pepper assists absorption so this product was a good choice and incredible value for money for the number of capsules compared to what you pay in a pharmacy or on the high street. Also really like the design of the eco friendly packing. All in all v happy with the purchase and will be ordering again when i run out

I originally bought this to help with arthritic pains in my feet. I have not noticed any difference in this respect as my feet still hurt. However, I did notice that a long standing issue with acid reflux disappeared overnight. If I miss taking the tablets for a few days the acid reflux returns, so it's definitely the tablets doing the work.I am a little disappointed with the packaging. It looks like a cardboard tube, however, it is difficult to recycle as the tube is made from mixed materials. Additionally the capsules are packaged inside a plastic bag within the tube.Room for improvement in terms of packaging and a 10/10 for the product itself, albeit not for its intended purpose.

I normally use fresh root turmeric daily but have not visited the market due to the lockdown.Never having taken turmeric like this before I was a little sceptical but I feel great (It works wonders for my joints after working out)Black pepper turmeric combo is a must so this was a no brainer for me, highly recommended pills!
