Avoid this radiator at all costs
The media could not be loaded. 1/22 At first when I received the radiator I was totally impressed by the first impression. The box was handled well without damage, the radiator appeared correct in all aspects for mounting and installation, and the radiator looked impressive. I started by preparing the radiator by installing the transmission fittings, drain, and plug for the Temp sensor, this was the first sign of issues. The temp sensor port is just a standard bung with no machined taper at the top, the plug was a standard plug with no machined groove, and between the two items is a very large o-ring that wants to push out when tightening. This was the first annoyance that I had to overcome but instead of making a big deal of it I just made a flat gasket to replace the O-ring.I had a lot of work I was doing to the Jeep so from the time I purchased the radiator to actually using it on the road took several months, put into service around 9/2212/22 After a very short time I noticed that the Jeep was leaking AF again and I had just been through the entire system so this didn't sit well with me. After carefully inspecting I found that the radiator was leaking on the upper right corner from the core. It was too late to do anything through Amazon so I had to go to Cold Case directly. After going back and forth a few times they needed a serial number that was laser etched on the bottom which required complete removal to find. I then had to pay almost $50 to get a new radiator shipped to me. I was hesitant to do this but figured I'm already into it this far.1/23 new radiator installed, fluid full and back on the road as a secondary vehicle3/23 radiator leaking worse than ever, did a pressure check and found both the upper right and upper left corners of the core leaking. Reached out to Cold Case again and they immediately sent a new radiator at no cost.A few days later the radiator was in and I was ready to install. Got the new radiator out and found the fill neck wasn't welded straight on the radiator. I immediately knew this was going to be a problem and reached out to Cold Case to inform them this was a problem and I would not longer be using their products. That was over a week ago and I have had no response.I am out the purchase price of this radiator, $50 shipping for the second one, about 3 gallons of long life antifreeze, and numerous hours of repair time. I since have purchased a multi core copper radiator as I believe it will be more dependable

Best of many I've tried
Been running an XJ in the Phoenix heat since 2000. I've been through a stock HD radiator (good but expensive and has plastic tanks), Advanced Radiator (no longer available), Champion 3 row radiator (also no longer available), a Mishimoto (by far the worst, an over priced piece of junk with poor quality that didn't cool well), and a Cold Case. The Cold Case is by far the best. I'm currently running a 4.6 stoker which is prone to overheating. STAY AWAY FROM HIGH VOLUME WATER PUMPS.Update 09/2023: Still no leaks and keeping my stroker cool in the AZ heat.

Absolute junk !
I do not recommend this radiator ! I have installed 4 of these in different vehicles. All have failed.None lasted very long. 1 leaked right out of the way box. I always use new rubber mounts on install and handle radiator carefully. Nothing contacts radiator to cause an issue. Hood clearance is good. These products just are not well made. Poor quality. Huge waste of time and money. Have installed ASI Pro Performance radiators instead. No issues so far. 1/3 the costUpdate, ASI radiators are junk as well. Sigh

Leaked just weeks out of the return window
Worked well… for a brief period. Leaking significantly after only a few months of use.But it has a “lifetime warranty” you say?Not quite. You pay for the shipping. You wait without one while they figure out what to do.

Days after the return window ended, it's leaking
The media could not be loaded. 1997 Jeep Cherokee, 4.0L, daily-driven.March 2, 2022 - Cold Case radiator purchased, after dealing with a subpar aluminum unit prior to this. $349.77. THREE HUNDRED AND FORTY NINE DOLLARS AND SEVENTY SEVEN CENTS. The most I've ever spent on a radiator, easily. "Made in China" sticker plain and clear on the packaging.March 8, 2022 - Radiator arrived.March 16, 2022 - Radiator installed. Rubber isolators installed, core support torqued to spec, etc.April 9, 2022 - Return window closes.April 15, 2022 - Slight hissing sound from front of radiator. Possible leak?April 28, 2022 - Discovered closed return window, leak path worsened; video taken.I feel like I've been swindled. I'm swearing off of aluminum radiators and going back to plastic. The last aluminum one withstood about a year, which was still much too short a lifespan for the price I paid. This one, more expensive than that, should've been a lifetime unit. I'm going to find a way to get my money back.

Started out good... However...
Put this radiator in my 99 XJ. Already leaking after only 3 months of daily driving!! Disappointing.. Time to see if Cold Case honors their warranty.. Will update..
