It is a very good and useful product. The inner body is made up of stainless steel. If the lid opened a little more then it would have been more convenient to clean. Except this, the kettle is very easy-to-use.

Product works fine. Durable. Looks and quality of product is good. Only thing i felt bad about was, it take a little longer for water to get boiled..

It's should have been much better if cord is bit longer. Rest Everyhting is best and good..Looks greats and works well and fast in boiling.Tried momos they came perfect.Boiling eggs also was perfect. [follow the timing]

The cord lenght is definitely short. Heating is good, since this is a steamer one has to manually turn off the heat, which can be a bother sometimes if you leave it on for too long. There is a problem with water vapour condensing and pooling at the bottom of the kettle so that area has to be constantly wiped dry. Also there is no 'lip' to the kettle so water tends to spill down the sides when pouring.Overall the product is fine, but not something I would buy a second time.

Been using the product for two and a half years. Absolutely no issues so far. Durable and dependable.

UPDATE: After 1 week the handle on the steam basket broke! The steam basket is metal and the screws for the handles are metal but the handles themselves are plastic. And the plastic isn't that great. After 1 week the holes for the screws that hold the steam basket handles cracked on one handle and it broke off. The rest of the unit is well made but they got cheap on materials for the handle.Down grade to 1 star.Previous review:I was excited to receive it but disappointed when I tested it.THE GOODLove the size. Nobody else makes a 2L size. Great build quality - I can see this lasting a long tine. Also it is great looking, plus steamer basket, egg basket and lid are all great. No leaking of steam from the lid.THE BADUneven heating - see picture. Only half of the bottom heats?! What? How can it be? Why can't anyone design a multi cook kettle where the entire bottom heats up? There isn't a single multi cooker available that has even cooking.The heat dial has 2 temps but needs 3 settings: warm, low and boil or even better if it was dial with full control.The cable is a little short at 1 meter.No spout. A unit like this should have a spout to make pouring possible. Now it spills when pouring.

It's ok for hostelers not good for regular use.Cord length is not much longer.The plastic quality is not good , it sometimes smells like burn after use , milk sticks at bottom if not continue stirring , No manual provided for recipes.It gets scratches at bottom after washing with noraml foam . Overall all it's ok.

Have tried variety of Kettles but this is the best one I have come across. High grade quality and sturdy. Worth every penny
