I wish it had a way to attach. When I take it off to cook and leave it off for the grill to cool down, I usually forget to put it back on. But it looks good, And much lighter than you'd expect.

I used a 3 fold approach to protect my Blackstone grill. It was important to address proper care and maintenance. So in addition to the grill I ordered the orange grill mat to keep it well oiled, dirt, dust, rust and debris free. It looks nice and fits well. Then I ordered the metal top with the handle in the front. It looks great and fits very well. Then I ordered the cover that covers the top, sides, legs almost all over. This fits well also and looks good in my outdoor kitchen with my smoker and propane grill. When cooking I can open all the grills I want to use all the space provided for each grill if if I'm only using one. It fits me and my needs. I'll be outdoors cooking a lot this year. I'm stocking my freezer now on meat specials and preparing for some happy times!!

The cover fits my Blackstone griddle. It looks like it will be mostly fine, but installing it was a big problem and the hooks don't work.It came with a blue plastic film adhered to both sides of the metal (as most sheet metal products do), and all such film needs to be removed before use. The film was not quite strong enough to just peel it off. It kept tearing; it probably came off in 30 to 40 pieces, some of which were so small they blew away in the wind. But the real issue is that I had to take it apart to remove the film. There were 6 bolts with locknuts that I had to remove so that I could get the film out from underneath the handle and hooks. Naturally I did this outside next to the griddle, on my wood deck, and naturally I dropped one of the 6 locknuts as I was removing it, and it fell through the cracks between the wooden planks of the deck. I crawled under the deck with a flashlight and found it. The nearest store that sells metric locknuts is a 75 minute round trip, so I figured that if I could find it in less than 75 minutes, I'd come out ahead.I got all the blue plastic film off and got it reassembled. It won't hang on the back of my griddle because of the rear grease trap, so I can't use the hangs-on-the-back feature. But it's light enough that I can lean it against the deck railing.

Fits well, looks nice and easy to put on or remove: one Con: adding 2 small clip on the inside front lip of it would prevent it from sloping in. As it is, the two handle screws are keeping it from sloping downward and it makes it hard to remove at times

I was expecting this lid to be a little more heavy duty, however, it is nice and light & easy to deal with. It is slightly bigger than my griddle but it does what it's suppose to do. The hooks on the inside allow you to hang it on the back of the griddle while cooking. Decent product!👍

We have one of the canvas material covers, but water would pool on the griddle and eventually seep through, causing some rust. With this cover, that is history. Fits perfectly. Yes, it’s not heavy duty checker plate but it’s perfect for its task. The brackets to store on the back of the griddle are great and also help if it’s a bit windy. Very happy with.
