Defective Right Out of the Box
The only thing that I disliked is that this item does not work. When the instructions are followed, it will not make a body temperature measurement. Following the instructions degree does nothing to improve the results. However, in all fairness, although their customer service responded very slowly, they are authorizing a return for a full refund. They do take care of their customers.

Excellent infrared thermometer!
Excellent infrared thermometer! this thermometer is great for now-days, there is not need to touch, just hold it few centimeters from the forehead and you are good to go, super simple to use, just point and press, the temperature will come up in few seconds! Grear thermometer to always have around!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY
Do not order from this company. It took over three month just to get it to start with because it was coming from China. Did not know that when it was ordered. Product did not work after all that wait. Once returned I was then billed $20 by FedEx for return. Company was not responsible for their failed product.There should be no stars on this product but I cannot submit without marking one.
