Glad
When I bought this keyboard case, I thought we might just use it occasionally, but during this COVID-19 time, we end up use it all day everyday, zoom meeting, google classroom, etc.The case fits ipad perfectly, the keyboard syncs to ipad easily and is very responsive. Case helps keeping the keyboard stable so there’s no sliding when typing. Ipad and keyboard fit easily in case when closed. I’m glad I bought it and the functions work perfectly, when doing all these online businesses, I don’t need to worry about keyboard connection while typing.

Keyboard-case interaction make it fiddly to work with.
TL;DR: this isn't a bad product, it's just trying to straddle the fence between a built-in keyboard and a case with a detached keyboard and doesn't pull it off.OTHER OBSERVATIONS: The build quality is good for both the case and included keyboard. I like the color and the texture. The pencil/stylus holder is a little stiff, but does the job. The tablet cannot rotate within the case (landscape/portrait). There's not very many orientations for reclining the tablet. I didn't get around to using the keyboard.THE DESIGN PROBLEM: the main issue is that the keyboard is floating in the case, held in place with magnets, and with only one orientation for use: you store it with the keyboard facing the iPad face or unfold the whole thing onto a surface for use. If you want to use the tablet in a tablet way, you will, at best, be holding the keyboard (facing out) magnetically attached to the floppy flap of the cover which doesn't rest flat against the back of the tablet. This is compounded by the fact that there is quite a lot of flaps to contend with: the case, the back-side flap, the front-side flap (with magnets and keyboard), and the wrap-around flap. If you unfurled the whole thing it's like 2+ feet...It's just cumbersome.RECOMMENDATION: I'm not crazy about cases with integrated keyboards myself, but I do highly value a good keyboard when trying to do work on an iPad. I would recommend against going with this product and instead found either (1) a case with a keyboard that is built-in and doesn't interfere with the case, or (2) a case that does its job well and a separate Bluetooth keyboard for mobile devices that does its job well. The functionality will offset the expense or hassle of having two separate things.

Very heavy, locks up my screen, too clumsy
My first impressions is how heavy this case is! Very heavy. The second thing I had issues with is that you have to move the keyboard forward in order to stand up the iPad. That's a pain. Then to have to move it back to pack it all up. Plus you can't maneuver the whole thing (iPad and keyboard) as one unit when its open. If somehow the keyboard could be attachable that would be much better. I did use this case for about 3 weeks to try to get used to it, but the final straw was when my iPad screen locked up on me. I researched on line and found that it could be a problem with the case. It locked up about twice a week. It hadn't locked up twice in 2 years before using this case. So I got tired of that and went back to the case I got from Apple when I purchased my iPad. Very disappointed with this new case. Would not recommend it.

Love this
I wanted a keyboard to use with my iPad when I am working on things on the run. This works beautifully. I have had it a few months now and I enjoy using it. I like that the keyboard is removable so I am able to place the iPad at whatever angle works best for where I am sitting. The keyboard is smaller than I am accustomed to but I have had no problems typing on it. There are control options for iOS, android and windows but I have only used it with an iPad. It synced as soon as I turned it on and I have had no problems with it disconnecting or failing to connect in any way. I have had to search for keyboard shortcuts here and there only bc I have never used an iOS device with one. Every shortcut I found has worked flawlessly. I have really enjoyed using it.

Surprisingly cheap, but has some issues
I was in the market for a cheap keyboard case for my iPad and decided to try this one. For the money it is good except for a flaw, which for me is significant. I like to type while holding my iPad on my lap. The keyboard works well, pairs easily with my iPad, and as far as those things go is fine. Unfortunately the contraption is so flexible that the ipad wobbles a lot while I’m typing. Also, every once in a while the part with the ipad slips from where it perch’s on the bottom part of the case and the ipad falls backwards. If they could fix the problem with holding the ipad at a good angle I could recommend it, but unfortunately in its present configuration I’d suggest trying something else.

Great keyboard case!
I love this keyboard case! Makes my iPad look like a mini computer. Helps with my business and looks professional. I like the magnetic part that I can position the keyboard on or off the cover. It’s very versatile. I’ve only had to charge it twice in the last few months. I like how the keys have a soft cover that makes quiet typing or you can remove it too. It’s like a silicone dust cover for the keys. I don’t remember it mentioning that it was included but it’s a nice extra.

Finally a true wireless keyboard!
Awesome product! I chose this one over the others when I found out I could remove the keyboard from the case and truly use it wirelessly, which I need for my upcoming class. This is also nice so I dont have to keep it directly on my lap. Great for students and work alike!

Good product, but lacking in functionality
This is a really good case and the removable keyboard is great! The problems I’m having with it is regarding functionality. It is a little clunky when folding it to use the keyboard, and you can’t fold it to only have the iPad up. The extra flap to secure the case together often gets in the way while typing or using the iPad. And if you’re used to CTRL + anything (like for copy/cut/paste) you’re going to have to adjust. The only way to do so is to use an F# key. Once you figure it out and adjust it’s not so bad. For the price, it’s worth the hassle, but if you need it to be completely functional and easy, you’re better off with a different case.
