Al momento de instalarla no encendió, quisiera un cambio o regresarla, compre varios artículos rigid y todos funcionaron bien, solo la barra no enciende

This Rigid Industries SR Pro 30” light bar was sold as “new” but is clearly a product that was already sold, opened, and returned before being sent to me. Should have been listed as Open Box at the very least, which is probably more commensurate with the price paid. Box was taped back up with factory tape clearly unsealed, and what I can only assume are old shipping labels having torn up a bunch of the box. Still, was labelled as “new” in the ad and I don’t expect to have to inherit someone else’s potential issues.For what it’s worth, everything appears authentic and things like the harness and mounting hardware appear to be in unopened factory bags. Light appears to be in like new condition, but will need to install first to ensure it functions correctly and hope if not that either a refund is available or can RMA through rigid.If all ends up working out well, will consider updating the review from 1*.
