Please know oil and water don't really mix. There is no diluting this other than it will be in your system with the water you drink. The drops will sit on top of the water and they will make contact with you lips depending on how you drink the water from the glass. Warm/Kinda Stinging sensation if it makes contacts with your lips -- not so much in the mouth. It smells/tastes like Oregano so if you don't like the normal seasoning flavor of this herb -- mix with a juice vs water. I'll probably stick with the water because I am using it for it's medicinal properties. Will follow-up after I've used it for few days. I've read you should only take for 7 days and then take a break.

It is very powerful, I mixed it with the last sip of my herbs smoothie. I tried once under my tongue and it was way too much for me, I am a Deering person, but this time, I regretted it. I love it, I can see the difference in my system and my skin, I take oregano infusions, but this oil is the mother of all. Thank you!!!

If you buy it wash it down with orange juice or something else to mask the taste.

I’ve tried many different kinds of oil of oregano, and Aromavita is by far the best. It’s also very inexpensive compared to other brands. I’ve bought this many times and I will continue to buy it. Aromavita oil of oregano oil never disappoints.
