Up date just sold it on to a friend at a £100 pound loss she thinks its great but am not surprised its replacing a 10 year old hpUP DATE 2 FRIEND WHO I SOLD IT ON TO JUST LET ME NO IT HAS CRASHED COST TO REPAIR £49UP DATE 3 more trouble with blue screening and touch pad stop working paid her money back for it and dumped it seller offered to take it back if I had all packaging and I mean all including plastic bags who keeps that and not a mark on it or would not guarantee refund what was the point of wasting my time and money just put in down to experience and remember the name I stick to acer from now on
