The product is very durable only concern I want to add for the pout.it could have been more covnvenient if that would be little softer or bit thinner to come in baby’s mouth. It is a good product portability wise as well.

1. the stainless steel bottle and cap and inner plastic straw are good quality2. the plastic spout, however, is made from a different kind of hard plastic, so if your kid chews on it, little plastic bits scrape off and spout looks white with weathered plastic.3. also it is designed more like a jar with a cap rather than a bottle, so if you want to clean the inner surface of steel part of the bottle, you need to go 90degrees4. as it is more like a jar, so to thoroughly rinse out soap residue and tap water, you need to rinse and shake hard many times with RO water.

Cute cup but after a month of being used the latch thing used to open the drinking straw broke. It also fell on concrete a few days after that and slightly dented but didn’t cause the water to leak. The design is so cute which is why I got it. But what I did not like about it was that after hand washing, the water doesn’t fully come out, you have to shake it out or let it air dry for a whole day with the lid off. It’s also not insulated so it won’t keep your drink cold for long especially if spending time outdoors.

We initially really liked this cup. It was easy to clean, cute pattern, and I liked that the cup part was made out of metal. However, the top of this cup broke with average use by my small 18 month old. I reached out to the company to ask how I can get a replacement top even willing to pay, and have not heard back from them for a month. Overall a real bummer and I cannot recommend!

Absolutely love this cup. The design and quality is amazing for such a good price point.
