When planting seedlings, especially tomatoes but also flowers, they seem to become established better with a small handful of worm castings mixed into the soil. The plant foliage performs noticeably better. Good for the soil as well. I buy a large bag each Spring and use it for the whole season. A little goes a long way and there is no down side. Natural ingredient. I also use a handful or two in a large painter bucket of water - "worm tea" to pour into the young plants 1-2x a week to strengthen further. It has an earthy, pleasant scent, easy to use, great value and environmentally friendly.

I've used this on my figs, my peppers, my tomatoes, my lettuce.... the list goes on! Indoors, outdoors, the stuff is absolutely great. It's a slow steady contribution to the soil quality in my experience, but it truly shows in comparison to my plants which grey without this fert. I plan on buying much more.

I've used Wiggle Worm's castings for the last year and I've never had any problems. It's odorless, doesn't have any filler, and as far as I can tell, all of my indoor plants take to it incredibly well!On a side note, I noticed that my ming aralia tree started to shed about a third of its leaves over the course of two weeks. I was trying a bunch of different things but eventually came to the realization that it was lacking proper nutrition. The week I topped the soil of the pot off with this fertilizer and watered it, the plant stopped shedding leaves and started showing new growth again!Highly recommended.
