Not a silver bullet but a sign you are ready to change your life
Ok so, I’m not a pill taker usually. I mean I do have vitamins and cod liver oil tablets in the cupboard which I take when I remember but it’s not consistent. And that was the same challenge I had with these: that I wasn’t consistently taking them 4 times a day. So bare that in mind when I say that, for me, I could feel that these DID make a difference to my weight. Not enough to call this a magic bullet or to rely on by themselves. Don’t buy these thinking you can eat what you want and do little or no exercise and just eat four pills a day and see the pounds drop off. Instead what I feel these did for me is 3 things...1. I noticed that I was going to the toilet a lot more.2. I noticed that I felt more full, faster.3. I started to change my lifestyle a little bit.Now, it could be said that I bought the pills because I was ready to make a change and address my weight (I’m 43, 6ft and have been approaching 18stone by thr end of the 1st wave lockdown) and therefore I also started doing more walks. Because of the walks (and hot weather) I also started to drink more water. So in a way, the slow and small reduction in weight could really be attributed just as much to these other factors. But in any case, the pills were a catalyst - a symbol - if nothing else, to the beginning of change. I just hope I can keep it up!

Good but not great...
For me Garcinia Cambodia has really helped with my IBS. To be honest these capsules helped, but I prefer taking the ones from Prozis which is just plant based and doesn’t give me bloated stomach and helps with my bowel movement.

Easy to swallow and digest đź‘Ť
I used it for a week and discontinued taking them out of any reason. It does whatever it promised but I haven’t lost and weight as said due to discontinued. Other than its worth the price. Highly recommended

Shat myself within 30 mins
I took my first one today, shat myself 30 minutes later and am more bloated than I've ever been. Im in immense pain, please don’t buy these
