Not your typical crayons
I will have to admit, when a friend recommended these, I had my doubts. After all... $10 for crayons?! Once we got them, there were no doubts around the value: these crayons really are intended for kids who are ready for the 'next level' in their art. They act more like pastels when dry (though without the mess) and, if you add water, like watercolors. We loved them!

Awesome product. It was difficult for my Daughter to use/enjoy regular crayons but these product is very kids friendly. I recommend to my friend and he loved it too.

Stained the shower walls
Don't buy these. On a smooth plastic shower enclosures, we couldn't get all of the stain off.

Vibrant colors
These are really fun to use. They write almost like a paint consistancy. When you add water to the drawing it makes a fun watercolor. Four year old loves these and I enjoy them too.

Poor shipping.
My niece loves these silk Crayons. Bought as gift. Too bad it was shipped in thin mailer. Damaged box which is embarrassing for gift. At least Silk crayons still work.
