Love this!!! Best investment I’ve made during this quarantine!Really quiet ride, resistance is just like the gym’s, comfortable seat. Non-adjustable handlebars haven’t been an issue. Only complaint is that the water bottle cage is really small and doesn’t fit my water bottle. Other than that, I love it!!! I’ve been using it and doing Peloton workouts!

Box was badly damaged in shipping, but overall I was pleased with the packaging. Minimal damage was visible on the bike, so we didn’t bother sending it back. Assembly only took me about a half hour. Overall, the bike seems sturdy. Adjustment knobs are spring loaded, but you also need to tighten them down to avoid rattling. We also wish the seat could be adjusted easier. Moving it up or down or front to back is easy enough, but tilting it to the proper angle requires tools. Some plastic pieces fit loosely, and we wish you could adjust the angle of the display. The included phone holder does not fit my + series iPhone in a case.Then there’s the app that you can connect to. There does not appear to be Bluetooth capability, and no wires were provided to connect the bike to your phone. The app is in Chinese, and we had trouble setting it up. Now that it is set up, it’s unusable because we can’t connect our phones. Given everything, I believe the bike is priced a little high. Similar prices bikes can be found that offer some better features, but my wife liked that this one appeared to be more minimalist than most. She’s enjoying her daily rides.

Bike arrived earlier than expected. Packaged well and was easy to assemble. When I purchased the bike the color was yellow , what I received was the black one. As another reviewer mentioned, the alignment of the bike is off. Took a couple of Peloton classses and it worked fine. It is sturdy however the seat need adjustment as it has a tendency to tilt downward. The computer is a wash and a waste. I should have explored and researchEd a little more as I’m intrested in seeing the resistance number and knowing my cadence. I also would have liked an adjustable handlebar. Other than that, it’s ok.

As a spin instructor you really want a bike that fits many needs. First of all this one is beyond quiet. I had a solid workout with my headphones in and my BF was in the next room and didn't hear the bike. It is a great machine, smooth transition with the resistance. I am super short and my BF is tall and this bike works for both of us!

I bought this bike for a few reasons. One it is sturdy, it had a place to put both a phone and a tablet, a holder for water and adjustable break. The bike itself works great and I am happy with it but the other main reasons was for the app that was suppose to link to bike but the app is horrible. It simply does not work. If you looking for a bike that you can syn with your mobile device don't get this bike.

3 months after we received it the tensioner knob stopped working and we were unable to fix it. We have searched for part(s) to try to repair it, but without knowing what we need to fix it is pretty hard to figure out. I have contacted the seller for help as it was sold with a 24 month warranty. We will update the rating if we have a successful outcome.
