The burner is a lovely size and really makes the smoke come out stronger

After over 30 years of using charcoal incense I have finally found the perfect burner. This is lightweight but sturdy and stable (so far neither of the cats has managed to knock it over), has perfect airflow - no more blowing on the charcoal to get it to light and it is easy to clean. I can not recommend this product highly enough. It may not be the cheapest burner you will buy but it will be the only burner you use regularly if you buy it. I plan on gifting this to several friends because it is *that* good.

Had this for just under 3 weeks, used few times and the gold colour has started peeling off, really bad quality. I will be returning.

This product looks good. However, it is not deep enough to put long-burning candelas because the screw is bigger than it should be for that size.

I love the look and feel of it! Protects my hands from being burned with the handles on the lower part of the incense burner and looks so fancy

With charcoal disc and resin in place I thought an abalone shell would do the trick while I meditated, Good thing I didn't leave the room, I had it on a rubber mat and it burned right through almost scorching the wood of the table it was on. I was mediating and thought that didn't smell so nice. Got up and saw the damage. So the hunt was on at amazon, to find a safe burner that could deal with the charcoal pucks, tried out this little beauty, and very very impressed. I put it on cork just in case, but even picking up what unit by the handles after it had burned for 30 minutes and it was cool. I was impressed. It's a bit pricey, but it works like a burner should and safely, and it is pretty. The little rounded tweezer very handy for adding your resin, the only burner I saw that offered this extra and I didn't think much of it's use until I added the resin yesterday and it's perfect size and very functional. I highly recommend this burner. Also was well packaged in a sturdy cardboard box inside a recyclable paper enclose bag. Impressive.
