Really thick and creamy texture.Taste is great, not too sour.Bonus: you get 10.6 grams of protein per 100 grams which is insane.10.6 grams of protein per 63 calories is a no brainer.I like to add some frozen fruit and honey.Sometimes I mix in a scoop of protein powder to ‘treat’ myself.
