I've been using this for several years. While it doesn't prevent bruising, it helps it to clear up faster. My primary care physician recommended it.

If you are a fan of natural products this will help you with soreness even a sore throat. I received this item earlier than promised, intact. I have given a couple of the bottles to relatives as gifts.
