Ballons were sticky.. smelling like a Chocolate. I was Surprise as Happy Birthday Banner was missing.Even decoration photo was also not there for guidance like we get when we buy from Shop.Did not like at all. Dont buy people

Most Balloons had holes
I would like to give 0 stars if possible.The balloons with this pack were soo poor in quality. Most of them had holes in it. From a packet of 20 blue balloons we could get only 7 balloons. From yellow we were able to blow only 10 .It could be old stock or something i dont know. The other items were of good quality.
