Alloy Steel Portable Safe with Key Control and Vibration Alarm

Loved that it came with back up keys, anchor bolts, as well as an LED light bar. A bit on the heavy side, but in a good way.

Received a completely different safe than what I ordered, the safe I got was about half the price. Unable to be replaced because “I would just get the same wrong item again”.Reached out to the manufacturer to see if they could help, got an incredibly rude response from Carol, a customer service manager, which basically said they hand it off to Amazon and take no responsibility and do not care about the end users, so I wouldn’t expect any support if you ever have issues with their safe.

This Heritage Security 24 gun safe was exactly as advertised, packed and delivered with bolted on steel bell feet attachments that sits perfectly on the garage floor. The electronic lock works well, with great backup features. The interior shelving options were perfect for my long guns, handguns and ammo. I purchased this product based on the 75 min fire and 3 day water proof rating. The safe is a quality made unit that gives you a sense of security for your weapons and valuables. Very pleased and would recommend this product!

The safe is well built and withstood a fall onto it’s side when the delivery company was delivering it. The only damage that it caused to this 800+ lbs. safe was a dent in the top left corner of it. Heritage did a good job packaging it or I think it would have been damaged a heck of a lot more. The safe still operates correctly except for the reset button used to reset the electronic locking code. It fell back into the safe’s door requiring me to either remove the panel on the door with all the pouches in order to access the switch button. Still trying to decide if I should just fix it myself or call customer service to have them take care of it. That will happen tomorrow.

This is an awesome safe for the price. Everything was as described, except that there are mounts on the underside of the safe that keep it up off the floor. About 3 inches deep so it threw off my measurements for where I wanted to place it. It's actually a good thing, I had planned on putting hockey pucks on the cement floor of the garage to keep it off the ground, but this works. It was just higher than I had planned for so I had to cut a section out of my wall shelving. It's sturdy and stable. The only beefs were having to cut my shelving from the garage wall and the fact that the rifle divider shelf didn't go low enough for my AR-15. I cut the divider in half, and they do have preinstalled wall slots down the rifle "side" for putting in the shelf supports. The delivery was weird, but not worth all the negative reviews. I never got an update on when delivery would be until the day before. They called and said they'd be there between 2-5 and they showed up at 1. I'm glad I was available because I needed him to move the 630lb safe with his pallet jack. Overall I am extremely pleased, just wish I wouldn't known about the mounts on the bottom so I could've had the shelves cut out before it was delivered. I love the built in power outlets. I've already added a dehumidifier golden rod, probably add more lights later. The included battery powered light is ok, nothing to write home about. They also provide more small shelves than you'll need.

I had shopped around on Amazon and looked at all the safes in the 800-1000 dollar price range and found this safe to be the most bang for the buck. Read multiple reviews on Amazon on other safes being on the lighter side are easier to break in, so I was looking for a heavy duty safe that's built with alot of material. Overall, it had every feature I was looking for: 450 lbs design, digital number pad entry with backup keys free, light up display and you can turn the keypad sound off or on, theft deterrent alarm and ability to turn off/on, 2 electrical and 2 USB ports inside to charge your stuff, highest fireproofing and flooding features compared with others, and sleek dark sliver powder coat, and LED light on the inside. Don't know what else you would want in a safe. Very satisfied with the purchase.

I'm sure the safe itself was great. Not Heritages fault. But this safe was dropped from a plane or something during shipping. Scratched to hell, a bolt of the handle to open the door was broken, and one of the feet was bent. Worst shipping experience I've ever had/seen. I refused delivery and will attempt again.

Fast shipping, although the shipping company subcontracted the delivery out and the 3rd party wasn't great. Safe was more than expected. Didn't know about the AlarmU it was equipped with, so that was a bonus. There was a strip along the inside top held up by double sided tape that came loose, and the led light only worked for a few hours, but overall its it's great.
