From Far Away, Vol. 12

This is a series that I enjoyed from the perspective of a foreigner in a strange land. The message of life being what you make it and the power of positive thinking were excellent and the antagonist earned my pity. Just goes to show how much parents can mess up kids when they want.

I love the series and it showed up on time and in great condition. No complaints because the series takes so long to find that individual books.

That's the last story arc. Noriko and Izark meet with some of the characters that have appeared in the previous volumes, such as Gaya and the little seer. Glocia and her mum are reunited with their family and they're all preparing for war.There's not a lot of action here but the author is merely preparing the way for the two last volumes. Not that I'm complaining, though. Still one of the most interesting manga I've read in quite some time.Sigh, on to volume #13...
