D K Yoo is the future of martial arts!
DK YOO is the future of martial arts. That is all that need be said. He is on YouTube and his videos will show you much better than I can tell you. His kindle book will explain and he is also on Facebook. The man is on a whole new path and is very ready to share. He fully embraces all martial arts and tells us that we are all brothers. He added Systema to his art and then connected it all. Watch his video on 15 martial arts and see a master at work. He moves so effortlessly. He is amazing.

Its ok
I was disappointed. It came off like the author took old methods from internal arts and tried to make it their own system and then repeated themselves basically to fill the book. There a ton of books out there with solid info of you look. This scrapes the surface barely.

Awesome
Awesome, really important critical info if you are into martial arts and health. Especially the bit about how the muscle is related to the mind throuh the nervous system.

Some good content, but the quality of English used in the book is so poor it makes it almost useless.
First things first. The content of this book is probably OK. I have a bit of experience in Taijiquan, and my own teacher describes internal body mechanics and power generation using similar terminology. I think this could actually be a book with useful content. However, I asked for my money back due to quality issues with this book. I think this is a translation of a book written in another language. The English in this book is poor. Some parts of the book could barely be understood and some sentences made no sense. At times I could guess the meanings since I already have some knowledge and experience in these practices and principles, but overall the quality of language and editing in this books makes it almost useless. If this book was edited properly and rewritten with higher quality English I might reconsider buying it.

Da Cheng Chuan?
This is a good read, and an alternative view of the Yi Chuan or Da Chen Chuan system. However, it's core is that of the venerable master Wang Xiang Zhai

Secrets?
There are no secrets in the book, it is okay and some good advice but nothing new to me.Study qigong and you will receive similar benefits. The way it is written in broken English is also a bit off-putting.Unless you have had 10+ years experience in martial arts I would not bother buying the book.

Internal martial arts essential
I have been practicing Tai Chi and Yi Quan for some 12 years. I have been looking for the essence of internal power and the best methods for achieving the feats of the greats, such as Morihei Ueshiba, Yang Luchan or Wang Xiangzhai. For all those interested in this type of training and this type of results, I recommend DK Yoo's book wholeheartedly. He describes in great details every nook and cranny of the training techniques for both the body and mind which will allow a dedicated practitioner to reach the summit of his or her art. Weather you are searching for the Fa-Jin of Tai Chi, the Aiki of Aikido, the relaxed flow of Systema or the speed of Jeet Kune Do, you have the tools inside this book to get you there. DK Yoo decided to graciously present a wealth of knowledge in a practical, clear, concise format, with no unnecessary mysticism or hidden secrets, as the habit still is in many martial arts communities. Just good, straightforward, progressive training methods. This book deals with the basic training that forms the pillar of all martial prowess. Basic training might seem simple, but it is both the beginning and the fruit of practice. Building the body and the mind from the inside is the only important step. Whatever technique one might choose to express himself afterwards is up to him or her, be it striking, throwing, pushing, what have you.Personally, I have discovered another process to reach the same type of results. Nonetheless, I aplaud mr. Yoo for his willingness to share this incredible wealth of knowledge with the world. I am happy it will not be lost.
