I never write reviews, but I feel compelled to share my experience with this. I have suffered for ten years with extremely severe UTIs. I have been having them at least twice a month. Intense pain, blood and clots…the lot. I was always prescribed nitrofuratoin which was starting to lose its effectiveness and I would keep getting repeat infections a few days after completing my course. So I turned to d mannose and decided to give it a go as I had nothing to lose. It’s been a few days of taking two of these every 24 hours. I am absolutely gobsmacked at the result. I haven’t had a single bit of burning since starting, and this is something I haven’t experienced in TEN YEARS! my urine is also now clear looking, no more blood or cloudiness. I cannot believe it. There are also many clinical trials that back up the effectiveness of this and it has to be shown to be just as good if not better than antibiotics at treating serious UTIs. If you’re at your wits end like I’ve been, please try this, it has been quite frankly life changing

I’m actually wondering if these tablets genuinely contain any d-mannose at all. It would be interesting to see manufacturers sign off. Had a mild uti and had to take 15 tablets before seeing even a slight diferrence. Do not waste your money on such a sub standard product, go for the quality products with 1000mg PER tablet.
