This tennis trainer is a complete waste of money The ball doesn’t bounce well & it’s very difficult to play. No after sales service. I sent a message to the seller to express my disappointment with this item & requested return/refund but I received no reply to date. I received a different one from another seller and I am very pleased with that.

I'm afraid I didn't like the way the ball never actually came back to you ! Not like it does in the demonstrations. You need a LARGE amount of hard space. We have a big garden but it didn't bounce on the grass and never came back as if you were playing with another player. Waste of money.

Utterly useless, don’t know how they manage to get the people in the video hitting these balls, but came back so fast had barely managed to get my racquet back. Son tried it too who doesn’t hit so hard and still struggled.

Elastic too long, ball did not bounce. Negotiating to get refund.
