Yearning for more
This comes with some beautiful cards that were a lovely addition for this collection. The quality of the video is perfect and the audio although only in stereo is crystal clear and I'm very glad I bought it and definitely feel this set is more than worth it.I usually watch anime like this, a rom com for a bit of a laugh and light hearted romance where something usually goes wrong, to help wind down. The start was about as much as you'd expect from such, but as the story progresses, it becomes a lot more interesting and it was sufficient to help put my phone down and actually pay attention. Where in a rom com, when it's usually getting heated/heavy something comical usually occurs but the story told in this anime just slaps you so hard with emotions and keeps going. The storytelling is wonderful and once it was finished, I needed and wanted more. Anime once finished, I'd either like more or I'm happy with how it ended and move on but it has been over a week and I still can't stop thinking of Toradora! So I bought it on Blu Ray and I'm looking to get a kindle, just so I may buy the light novels and manga. An anime has never once had me so obsessed. I may buy a figurine or two, as I'm not much of a reader anymore but this anime, this story has made me thirst for storytelling again, like when I was youthful.Toradora! Is like so many stories out there and it's not better, as each one is slightly different, but this story is uniquely told and uniquely beautiful and I'm shocked that throughout my last 20+ years of anime watching that I overlooked this but I'm thankful that I found it.

Slightly different to its original release
Great anime - highly recommended. For anyone curious as to the difference between this release and the previous release a few years ago from the same UK distributor, this new release has a number of art cards with it and houses them together with the blu ray in a slightly wider but still blu ray sized box. I have the old version too and the labels are almost identical on the actual blu ray box save for some minor updates to the distributors/partners on the back. The discs down to the labels are the same as the old ones.
