The Body Shop Aloe Soothing Night Cream, 1.7 Fl Oz

I've been looking for a replacement lotion for awhile and this is definitely it. I have extremely dry/psoriasis skin and I was previously using Creme de la Mer. I wanted to stop using Creme de la Mer because of the terrible ingredients, ridiculous price and the fact that I'm in my early 20's and really don't need to be using a powerful wrinkle reducer. I tried a few other lotions and then stumbled upon The Body Shop's Aloe line. I've used other Body Shop products in the past and did not like them. The Aloe line however is simply phenomenal. I've been using a combination of the night cream & day cream everyday for the past few months and it has done a wonderful job keeping my skin moisturized. It has also lightened the redness on my cheeks a bit. The night cream has a bit of a weird smell to it, but the day cream has no smell at all. Both creams are also rated a 1 on the cosmetics database, which is excellent. My only complaint about this lotion & the day version is that they make my skin itch a bit after I apply them. Also be aware that both the day & night cream are basically geared towards people with dry skin. My friend, who has oily skin, tried the day cream and hated it. It made her break out quite badly. Definitely look into this product and/or the day cream if you have dry skin though!

I bought this because I couldn't stand the strong perfume smell of the Vitamin E night cream, and I'm so glad I did because it goes on even better-- after rubbing it on gently and patting it into my face gently my face felt so soft and smooth and it lasted the whole night! There's no scent to it either which is great! I will definitely be sticking to this as my night time face cream.

This cream is the best for every night use and even light enough before putting on makeup in the morning. Mixes really well with my bb cream. Also, I have really sensitive skin sometimes gets really irritated by lotions, but I have never had a bad reaction with this one. A little bit goes a long way, so I've been using it for months and haven't needed to get a new one.

Seems nice and soothing on my sensitive skin. Not quite enough moisture for my dry face--I can literally use body oil on my face overnight without breaking out. Would probably work well for others with my oily skin. I added two drops of Vitamin E blend per night and that works fine.

I have a very sensitive facial skin and have tried numerous other sensitive skin products that still causes me breakouts/ itchiness.When I tried this cream, it’s the only one that doesn’t react to my sensitive skin and moistures my face.The only facial cream I buy.

I have used this product for over 15yrs as my daily base cream. It is rich, absorbs completely and is not heavy or greasy. I have very sensitive skin and have never had a problem while using this product. Best cream on the market.

I've developed dry skin in my 40s but after one night's use, my skin is already softer. This provided moisture without feeling heavy or greasy so I may use it during the day too, at least during Winter. I'd researched many night creams after running out of my Lancome's Bienfait Multi-Vital Night treatment and, after trying Body Shop's Aloe Vera Soothing Night Cream, it's my new favorite night cream!

This is the best night cream I've found to help moisturize my dry winter skin. Every winter my cheeks get really dry, and this cream healed my dry patches within 3 days of use. I definitely recommend this for anyone with dry skin. It doesn't feel greasy or heavy, and absorbs quickly.
