I have been using this Bossman Beard Pomade for several years now. Not only does it have excellent hold, it is easy to just brush back in place (especially after I have removed my motorcycle helmet). The scent is light an pleasant. I will continue to buy.

This stuff is far superior to anything else I have used for my beard. It is not greasy, seems to moisturize and hold my beard really well. Then the scent! It is awesome! When you brush it a little later in the day it is like scratch and sniff making the scent come again. It is a little stiff but I think that will just take a little getting used to. I think this one little container will last quite a while so the price is appropriate.

This stuff really keeps your beard in shape! I definitely recommend the unsented version. However, even the unscented version still smells a bit; vaguely of wet paint. But, the smell disappears after a few minutes. I got a scented version of this one time, but didn't like the way the underlying scent mixed with the fragrance.

I’ve been using this product for two weeks now. It holds great and takes care of the flyaways. The Stagecoach scent is nice and not overpowering. My wife likes it which is a plus. It’s not greasy or oily and goes on easily. Bossman is my new favorite beard brand.

I was very excited to get this product as this company is known for amazing products and people on Reddit rave about them. I was extra excited to find a beard pomade as no one else makes it and the balms and oils aren't doing anything for my wild, albeit it young, beard.So far I'm liking the product and the hold, although not perfect, is certainly way better than anything I've tried so far. I'll list some pros and cons below:Pros-Fantastic hold. Does not seem to get everything in order but it made quite the difference!-Stays strong and does not dry out even after the day is done. People are also correct, brushing it reactivates it and get the job done again which is wonderful.-A lot of product for the price!-Water based sonit washes off your hands, and more importantly your beard, with ease!!-Easy to apply once you warm it up in your hands.Cons-OK so the naked scent was ideal as I wanted something that didn't clash if I wanted to wear cologne. I didn't expect there to be no smell... Not sure why anyone does. It says naked, essential oil free, it does not say odorless people! I fully expect some type of smell and anyone who thought differently didn't think it through. That said... The smell of the ingredients is very overwhelming and powerful. The smell stinks of a chemical type smell that does fade over time but for the first few hours is incredibly strong. This is mainly my reason for 3 stars versus 4 or 5. I attempted to apply a heavily scented balm first and then the pomade and the pomade smell was so overwhelming it covered it up instantly. Next I'm going to try pomade first then balm and, per their video, I'm gonna try beard oil too. If I cannot cover the smell up then I'm. Sadly going to leave this at 3 stars...and I really, really don't want to.-Although it blends in the beard well and brushes in nicely, it leaves your beard feeling very sticky and waxy. It's not overly bad but it's not ideal. Maybe I'm using too much, but even on my 2nd use with half as much product it still left my beard feeling off.Overall I'm happy with the product, and I'll update this when I have some more time to play around with it. I may try their scented version, but I wish they sold samples so I could try it before I buy it (scent wise).

Been looking for a balm/wax that conditions, moisturizes and holds. This does all that. I would prefer a bit more hold but this works. Once you put some on your palm, rub it in and it instantly goes through the beard. You might even think you need more...but you don't. Too much will make your beard feel wet, and you won't be able to style it out. After a 12 hour shift, my beard is still moisturized. It washes out very easy. If you go swimming or to the beach, it's gonna wash out and you'll need something a bit more oil based. Overall, not a bad product. Will buy again.*Update 09.19.2024: I bought it again. I also bought their beard oil. I use the oil for a base layer and then it a quarter sized portion of the Pomade. Works like a dream.

I've tried several products for my beard. This has product been above the rest because of its texture, hold, and it's scents. You will not be disappointed. As they instruct you to do, definitely do a couple of combs throughout the day to get it benefits, and it really holds wel. Highly recommended!

I’m a huge fan of Bossman and continue to be. Customer service is awesome and US based. They are one of the few who make unscented and more natural products.The hold on this was perfect!! I have curly hair and finally there’s something with good hold that doesn’t make my hair straight but allowed it to be styled. Unfortunately the smell was a bit off/strong to me. I’m so thankful there were no masking fragrances but having had their other products until they expire I think this one was already expired. It was a more rancid oil smell to me which was just too much. It washes out easily and completely though.I’m super glad I tried it.

Hands down the best beard pomade I have ever used. I bought the royal oud which has an amazing fresh scent. Very smooth pomade that leaves no granules or residue in the beard. Hold is fantastic and lasts all day. Really gets rid of any strays and leaves beard with a very sharp look. Will absolutely be buying again. Nothing comes close.

Tried others, this is the best. Awesome scent, great hold. The whole line of bossman products are top of the line.

I've used the naked Pomade for some time now and figured I would give hammer scent a try. Although I am fairly confident the people working at Bossman have never in fact smelt a hammer, the pomade has a nice floral scent. While strong like a hammer, and very much effective at getting the job done, I would not recommend this scent if you are going to be wearing a mask, otherwise it will seem as though a horde of floral Dwarven blacksmiths have set up shop in your sinuses. No mask, totally a great experience.

This stuff is great in my mustache and beard. It really does help my unruly facial hair stay the way I brush/combed it.

The first one I received had chunks of wax that would get everywhere in my beard. I messaged the seller and they made it right. Would recommend this product. ( smells great btw )
