The media could not be loaded.  Great quality TV box that is a much welcomed upgrade to the TV Stick I use to have. The picture quality is fantastic as is the sound and all the extra functionality this box brings. It comes with the power supply, a hdmi wire and a remote control. You will need two AAA batteries for the remote. Set up is simple and it's pretty much ready to go out of the box. It already has many of the popular video streaming apps installed so you just need to log in. Other apps can be downloaded from the store and there are tons to choose from. The interface is simple to follow and if you have used any Android operating system before you should know what you are doing. It has slots for SD storage as well as USBs that can be used for storage or peripherals such as a mouse and keyboard or a game pad. It also has a optical slot for sound. It is very easy to use and packs a lot of power as well as storage. I'm really impressed with just how quick it runs and I think the LED strip on the unit is a really nice feature. Really pleased with this device.

Slow connection, not fit for streaming, crashes often and stopped working after less than 2years. Do not bother buying this crap, it's just waste of money!

Had a feet of these boxes over many years and this one is excellent. Fantastic remote makes using box simples. Would recommend.

Good little box just hard to work with remote and loads apps as if on phone so hard to work page with remote on top of this WiFi setup works well but ethernet cable bit more tricky to set up with android acting like phone instead of tv

The box is great, just the remote can be unresponsive at time, could be faulty, asking for a replacement as we speak, other than that top marks

The box fails to connect with the internet properly. I managed to get it working, but it struggled and struggled. Sometimes it worked, other times it didn't. I love to watch TV on my exercise bike; it takes the focus off exercising, but yesterday I sat in front of a frozen screen, after the signal cut out. FAILED TO CONNECT TO NETFLIX.But the new box of another brand works brilliantly; it has more features and the picture is way sharper. OH and another issue with the old box is that the remote control is made cheaply and the battery section falls off. I had to tape it down. The old box is now in a drawer. I have another one that I use in my bedroom, but I'll ditch it to buy the new Smart Box that's a lot STRONGer (HINT).
