Product was as described/ Great customer service
Flag was exacts described and very nice. We were disappointed with package around Christmas but the amazing customer service righted that problem with a surprise for my son. My son and his dad have been building a go-cart and the flag was literally the cherry on top. Thank you for the good customer service.

Worked for a couple of weeks then flag goes out of the mount
The part that goes on the mount wore out and the flag came out, almost lose it on the way

Nice it frayed on the first ride
This whip & FlagAppear to be great when you first get them, but it frayed on the first trip… I noticed a few other reviews said that but I still bought it anyway, I was able to salvage it by trim in the edges and burning it with a lighter, then super glued the edges just to make sure it would hold up. After that it is OK. If you do buy this product I would suggest burning the edges first and applying super glued to the edges first as well before you go on a ride
