Good product, no support
The product itself is great, but because of the lack of any recommendation for the track height I'm knocking it down.The installation instructions for the track recommend a height of 4' off the floor. If you follow this you will only be able to hang the smallest toddler bicycles from the hooks.After installing, removing, then reinstalling the bar at 5'4" my bike's rear tire still sits on the ground but I'm calling it good.If you're looking for a system from a manufacturer who provides guides, design services, recommendations and customer service I've had better luck with flowwall.
