Lovely
I was looking for an alternative to just yogurt to eat for my breaks at work so tried this. I sometimes did it overnight or a couple of hours before work so by mid-morning they were lush. Nice smelling and great taste and leave me full enough until lunch.

Very “dry” or “dusty” taste. Even my Lab wouldn’t eat it which tells you something.
