Pacific LegendMens Floral Hibiscus and Palm Hawaiian Shirt

When this shirt arrived it was immediately tried on for size. It was smaller than it should have been for the size ordered. When you have been wearing a certain size for a while you know what it should feel like. After one wearing the shirt was washed according to the care instructions - cold water wash, low heat tumble dry. What a surprise when I tried to wear this shirt again. It had shrunk at least one whole size. Now I have a shirt I can't wear. Poor sizing followed by excessive shrinkage equals bad quality control. If you are considering this brand buy larger and hope for the best.

I don't understand the good reviews on this shirt. The cotton is cheap, thin and scratchy. A Hawaiian shirt should have a softer drape. It's also a bit small for a Hawaiian shirt, and rather on the short side, it ends at the belt line for me. An XL is usually a bit roomy on me but I would size up for this (or just don't buy it).

Just a note on size. I measured my chest at 47 inches and the size guide said order LG. (6 years since I last ordered so forgot size) No where near pulling the shirt together across my chest. I'm going to try 3xl.Anyway, after 6 years one of the shirts came apart in back. the other 5 are still good. Washed every week and no color fading, material is still crisp. no buttons falling off, pocket pattern matched. No complaint at all. Love the shirts.

I bought this shirt as a Christmas shirt. I mean, look at it! Yea... it's Christmasy. I was in California, after all. It fits like I expected, is comfortable to wear and is fun. These are all things I look for in a Hawaiian shirt. Because, if it's lacking any of the above, it sucks as a Hawaiian shirt. I highly recommend it to someone who thinks life should have a little fun to it. If you're uptight or snooty, I don't recommend this shirt. Or maybe I do. Maybe this shirt is just what you need! I'll let you judge for yourself. But for me, I love it.

Purchased this item for my Grandfather, as he loves button up Hawaiian shirts and was disappointed that I hadn't brought any back from Hawaii. While in Hawaii, a lot of the cheaper ones weren't made there anyway, haha. I was excited to see this T-shirt and with it's exclusive label of being made in the USA and being made in Hawaii. If it makes him happy and that's important to him, I'm all for it.He has enjoyed the shirt and says that it is very comfortable. The buttons are easy to button up and is sewn nicely. He had a shirt previously that ripped from the seams on the side and feels that this one is made well.

I really enjoy this shirt. It fits very comfortably and it’s light weight. It breathes easily which helps keep me cool. The fabric is strong and the stitching is outstanding. I’m very pleased with my purchase.

My husband chose this shirt and it’s lovely but had I known it needed to be ironed I would have suggested that he look at rayon shirts.I can lay tile, paint the house, cook a feast and work hard but, ironing is the one thing I really don’t like to do. He’s capable though, so that’s the way it goes!

This is a great looking shirt, but it is very small for a medium. We measured my husbands chest and the length so we could be sure to purchase the correct size. If he didn't move in the shirt, it would appear to fit. One move of his arms and shoulders, and it was clearly too small. We will be returning this garment.
