To my wonderful surprise it arrived quicker than expected (thank you!) and was quite easy to install although the instructions were quite small and could have been more useful slightly bigger. The product itself is fantastic in terms of price and quality! Super, super happy!

Overall I'm really happy so far with this sun lounger. Great price and looks smart, and seems comfortable enough for me. I would say though that it wasn't the easiest thing to put together. About 4 of the screws wouldn't screw in easily and the allen key ended up spinning uselessly around in them. I had to use a pair of pliers to turn the screws in the end. It hasn't put me off though, I'll probably buy another because the price is great for what it is, but I'll be prepared for a challenge next time!

Poor quality product. The screws and threads are terrible meaning that you cannot actually assemble them! We bought two and managed to put one together (just!) although one screw wouldn’t go in at all. I would have thought this to be an isolated fault, however on the other chair 4 screws won’t thread due to quality. We have one chair that’s badly assembled and one that will have parts put back in the box and go straight to the dump.Do not buy, cannot get a refund without paying to send everything back. Terrible product and service.

I was concerned about assembly as I’m not very good at these things. It did take longer than the suggested 30 mins but was clear and I’m sure would take much less second time around.The lounger is good quality and well made. I’m very pleased with it

Very difficult to assemble to pieces together as the screws didn't seem to fit and it took a very long time to build them but other than that they are good.

Sturdy, solid, weather resistant & so very comfortable & my dogs totally love it. You can even sit on the ends as a seat without it moving or folding up. And I can sit up enough to read & do stuff on my phone & devices. Only small negative is it took me ages to put together & was a little fiddly for someone with arthritis. Plus rain water seems to sit on metal edges with rusty red water coming out of the middle when you put the head end up & it's slightly stained our patio.
