I order this on April 4th and I received them on May 2nd. I open the package and check everything to make sure it was all there. It was all there but look very cheaply made. the door anchor does not look like it does in the picture. But that is a easy fix, I started to try to use them and it feels like they are going break. I am 6'1" they are short for me, tried to do curls like the picture and I can't have to sit down for the curls. After use them for few days I don't think they have the resistance that they should. On any exercise I feel the resistance about middle of the way though the exercise. I would not recommend this to anyone.

The handles/holders are really thin and fragile. One of them got broken after a month of usage (at half of its weight capacity). This is good for a light usage only.

I wanted to get these because they were more affordable than others and I'm not usually picky with my exercise tools, but my cords broke on the first pull. I was trying to warm up the cord before I do anything, but the cord snapped so easily from the hook. I think it's pretty dangerous and not very well made, unfortunately :(

Bands are very thin and not long enough to comfortably use to press over head, or even hold at shoulder height to use as resistance for squats. It’s also inconvenient to have to switch the handles out. It doesn’t allow you to use multiple weights in a single workout without having to pause and change handles.

Overall it is a great item but the bands are a little bit short.

Just got mine May 6 when I ordered April 2 but you got to understand guys this pandemic slowed down everyone and the quality of the resistance bands and the other things is very worth the price, I stretched the resistance band (5) each before I used them to their point of stretch (common sense) if it broke I’m pretty sure you didn’t stretch it before using them like your supposed to with everything rubber like material, I’m going to use them for a good week and May-13-2020 I’ll write another review to share how they were. My only concern about the package is why I got white Cotten gloves?

Waited for over a month to get my bands, which is understandable given the pandemic. However, after a handful of uses, one of the bands snapped and recoiled into my husband’s chest and left a good-sized welt. The positive part of this story is the customer service for this group has been decent, and a refund has been offered in lieu of a new set.
